Mindfulness Meditation for Peri/Menopause

There has been extensive research done on the power of a daily mindfulness practice to alleviate uncomfortable symptoms in the body. 

Research as shown the health benefits of mindfulness meditation to be extraordinary. In this video I talk a bit about peri/menopause and take you through a short, guided mindfulness exercise to see if this could be a benefit for you in coping with the challenges and symptoms during this time.

Bonus benefit: When your body feels relaxed and comfortable it may be easier to get into the mindset and physical space for sexy time!
